Rachid HARBOUZE holds a PhD in Economic Sciences from the University of Montpellier and in Economic and Social Sciences Applied to Agriculture from the Agronomic and Veterinary Institute (IAV) Hassan II.
He has substantial experience in the analysis of public financing (agricultural, rural, and forestry), the financial and economic evaluation of market and non-market goods and services, and the development of Management and Development Plans (MDP) for protected areas.
He conducted a study on agricultural advisory services in Morocco and coordinated the ENPARD (European Neighbourhood Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development) implementation support program in Morocco from 2015 to 2018.
