Dr. Abdelkader Ait El Mekki is Professor at the Department of Agricultural Economics, the National School of Agriculture in Meknes, Morocco. He holds a PhD. from Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium (2000), and a Masters’ Degree from Laval University, Quebec, Canada (1992). He is Member of the Awarding Jury of “Grand Prix Hassan II” for Invention and Research in Agriculture, Member of the PhD Research Unit in Applied Economics and Social Science at Hassan II Agronomic and Veterinarian Institute, Member of the Scientific Board of “Revue Alternatives Rurales “and elected Member of the Moroccan Agroeconomist Association.
