Una nuova dimensione per la ricerca con i paesi emergenti

Language: ITIn its Activity II of the "4th Framework Programme of the European Community activities in the field of research and technological development and demonstration (1994 to 1998)", the European Union stressed the political importance of strengthening the scientific cooperation between Europe and the Third Countries. The capitalization of the experiences implemented by the former specific communitarian research programmes (STD, ISC, Avicenne) permitted a new specific research field in the new communitarian research programme. This sector is defined by the will to implement intermultidisciplinary researches able to produce a real "sustainable development". In other words the communitarian research seeks area improvement of life, health and environmental conditions of the populations of the Planet.
L'Union Européenne, avec l'approbation de l'Activité II du "IV Programme-cadre de la Communauté européenne pour des actions de recherche, de développement et de démonstration (1994-1998)", a souligné sa volonté de coopération scientifique avec les Pays Tiers. La capitalisation des expériences exécutées dans les anciens programmes spécifiques communautaires de recherche avec les Pays en Développement (STD, CSI, Avicenne) a permis comme résultante une nouvelle action dans le nouveau programme communautaire. Cette action est définie par la nécessité d'effectuer des recherches inter•multidisciplinaires capables de concrétiser le principe de "développement durable". En d'autres mots l'action communautaire se préoccupe de la réelle amélioration de la qualité de vie, de santé et environne mentale des populations de la Planète.
