Strutture agrarie in Francia: l'importanza della gestione societaria

Language: ITThe differentiation process of agricultural structures in advanced economies leads on one hand to concentration of production and, on the other hand, to the persistence of a great number of small and very small farms the significance of which in the country economy is certainly not related to the role they play in the formation of production and of agricultural incomes. Concentration involves, at a given moment, the organization of the farms, facilitating the transition from an individual farm to a society. The availability of data taken from periodical surveys and information supplied by RlCA, published by the French Ministry of Agriculture, make it possible to present this synthesis on the recent development of management companies in agriculture in France. The aim being: informing and reflecting on the cultural distance which has still to be covered to attain a sound policy of agricultural structures.
Le processus de différenciation des structures agricoles dans les économies avancées aboutit d'une part à des phénomènes de concentration de la production et, de l'autre, à la persistance d'un grand nombre de petites et très petites exploitations, dont l'importance dans l'économie du pays n'est certes pas liée au rôle qu'elles jouent dans la formation de la production et des revenus agricoles. La concentration intéresse, à un moment donné, l'organisation de l'exploitation, en facilitant le passage de l'entreprise individuelle à la société. La disponibilité de données tirées d'enquêtes périodiques et de l'utilisation des révélations RICA, publiées par le Ministère de l'Agriculture français, permet de présenter cette synthèse sur le développement récent des sociétés de gestion dans l'Agriculture en France. Le but étant: l'information et la réflexion sur la distance culturelle qui encore nous sépare d'une politique raisonnable des structures agricoles.
