Impatti delle infrastrutture lineari sull'attività agricola in un ambiente montano

Language: ITThe interaction between pedo-climatic conditions and economic development is going to create a territorial dichotomy in Alpine agriculture. In marginal and peripheral areas the agricultural system shows clear signs of decline and the competition for the use of agricultural land grows weaker and weaker. In such a context, the territorial unbalance has to be related to the abandonment of cultivation and to rural exodus. But, at the Alpine bottoms of the valley vital agricultural systems in competition and conflict with other sectors for land use do exist. So much so that here, the difficulty in land management is due to the need to make the scarce availability of land compatible with the development of a metropolitan system.
L 'interaction entre les conditions pédoclimatiques et le développement économique va créer au fur et à mesure une dichotomie territoriale dans l'agriculture alpine. Dans les réglons marginales et périphériques, le système agricole manifeste des signes évidents de déclin et la compétition pour l'utilisation du sol agricole s'affaiblit. Dans un tel contexte, le déséquilibre territorial doit être mis en relation avec l'abandon des terres et l'exode agricole. Aux fonds de vallée alpins, au contraire, il existe des systèmes agricoles vitaux qui sont en compétition et en conflit avec les autres secteurs pour l'utilisation du sol. A tel point que la difficulté de gestion du territoire naît ici de l'exigence de concilier la faible disponibilité des terres avec le développement d'un système urbain.
