Mutations et pratiques d'aliénation des propriétés foncières rurales en Grèce

Language: FRIn this paper, we propose the study of land property structures, land transfers and transactions registered in the Land Survey Register in Rhodes, in order to provide evidence about land ownership modifications and landlords practices in developing properties for tourism purposes, within the context of unplanned development of a rural coastal area in Greece. The case study is the tourism agglomeration in Faliraki, located in the north-eastern part of the island of Rhodes, from the beginning of its development to the contemporary mass-tourism era. The presentation of the resort is followed by the diachronic analysis and findings of a large sample of the cadastral histories of plots, taking into account the existing institutional factors and the local, social and customary facts.

L'objectif de ce travail est l'étude des mutations foncières et des pratiques des propriétaires fonciers afin de valoriser leur patrimoine, dans le contexte du processus d'urbanisation touristique des espaces ruraux en Grèce, par l'analyse des actes non onéreux et des transactions des biens fonciers. L'agglomération touristique de Faliraki sur l'île de Rhodes constitue le terrain d'étude, depuis ses origines jusque à l'ère du tourisme de masse. Après la présentation du site, l'intérêt du travail porte sur l'analyse diachronique de données concernant les actes effectués, placés dans leur contexte géographique et institutionnel, en s'appuyant sur un large échantillon d'histoires cadastrales de parcelles.
