New formative horizons for a multifunctional agriculture

Language: ENGlobalization in agriculture, the growth of diversification and of the complexity of the agri-food system ask for a strong investment in long life learning in agriculture. Aim of the paper is to analyze the evolution in some agri-food "chains" in Tuscany and in agri-tourism activities.In the first part, the focus of the paper is on the methodology used, on its weakness and the strength points. A participatory approach was used with focus groups for each "chain" and activity considered. In the second part, the authors explain the main results obtained for each "chain" and activities. The characteristics of each field and the new knowledge are taken into account.
La globalisation et une demande alimentaire toujours plus diversifiée et complète nous rendent plus conscients de la nécessité d'activer un processus de formation continue dans les différentes activités du secteur agricole. Ce travail analyse les caractéristiques de ce processus dans certaines filières agro-alimentaires et de l'agritourisme en Toscane. La première partie du travail a pour but la recherche des limites et des avantages de la méthodologie utilisée (la gestion de groupes à travers lesquels analyser la demande de formation) et la deuxième partie la connaissance des typologies d'actions formatives qui doivent être assurées par rapport aux caractéristiques de chaque filière agro-alimentaire et de l'agritourisme.
