La ricerca come strumento di sviluppo in agricoltura: l'integrazione dell'Albania nella cooperazione mediterranea

Language: ITAgriculture is the most important economic sector in Albania and, therefore, the agricultural research is playing an ever increasing strategic role for the economic and social development of rural areas. Its restructuring and integration in the framework of international co-operation, and of the Mediterranean one in particular, are considered to be objectives of primary importance that call for urgent solution. In this context, of special importance is the collaboration with Ciheam, the details of which will be given in the text. In addition to the description of the present situation, some prospects of development of agricultural research in Albania for the next future are presented.
En Albanie, l'agriculture est le secteur économique le plus important, ce qui fait que la recherche dans ce secteur joue de plus en plus un rôle clé et stratégique pour le développement économique et social des aires rurales. Sa restructuration et son intégration dans un contexte de coopération internationale, et Méditerranéenne en particulier, sont des objectifs d'importance primaire qui nécessitent une solution urgente. Une importance spéciale ont revêtu, dans ce contexte, les rapports de collaboration avec le Ciheam, dont les détails sont fournis. En plus de la description de la situation actuelle, on fournit des projections de la recherche agricole en Albanie pour l'avenir prochain.
