Agricoltura e agrindustria: un sistema integrato per lo sviluppo dell'economia pugliese

Language: ITThe transformation resulting from the new public policies and international agreements have interacted with the changes in the structure of the agri-business market, causing a higher segmentation and diversification of the market and accelerating the concentration and internationalization processes of agricultural and food-industries. In such a context, based on the analysis of structural and trade data, the agricultural and food system in Apulia appears to be quite backward with evident structural and non economic problems. Any attempt for an efficient development prospect involves all the subjects, upstream and downstream of the entire agriculture and food-network, and requires more effective programmes and expenditures by the different decision-makers in change of programming.
La transformation qui résulte des nouvelles politiques publiques d'intervention et des accords internationaux ont interagi avec les changements de la structure du marché des agro-industries, par une plus forte segmentation et diversification du marché et l'accélération des processus de concentration et internationalisation des entreprises agro-industrielles. Dans le cadre de ces transformations, d'après l'analyse des données structurelles et commerciales, le système agro-alimentaire des Pouilles apparaît en retard et présente des problèmes structurels et non conjoncturels évidents. Le chemin à suivre pour aboutir à un développement efficace, implique tous les sujets, à l'aval et à l'amont, de la filière agro-alimentaire à travers des programmes et des dépenses ciblés de la part de différents sujets publics préposés à la programmation.
