Analyse du complexe de production horticole de la Navarre

Language: FRIn this paper the features of the production of fruits, vegetables related goods in Navarre in the year 1988 are analyzed. This industry is characterized by a high level of connectedness to both foreign and interregional trade. The coefficients, both technical and structural, are high and the efficiency level is close to that of the Spanish industry and lower than those of the French and German industries. Internal relations within this industry are stronger than the average of those of the farm and food industry of the region. However, the two main problems are first, an increasing lack of connectedness to the regional agricultural sector and second, its low productivity level of industry.
Ce document représente l'analyse du complexe de production horticole de la Navarre en 1988. Les liens de l'industrie horticole avec l'extérieur de la région sont très développés. Ses coefficients technique et structurel sont élevés et semblables à ceux de l'industrie agroalimentaire régionale et espagnole. De ce fait, ces industries sont moins efficientes que les industries agroalimentaires françaises et allemandes. Les liaisons internes du complexe sont plus fortes que la moyenne du complexe agroalimentaire de la région. Cependant, les principaux problèmes sont la très basse productivité et le processus de désarticulation entre l'agriculture et l'industrie régionales.
